At Coimbatore Clothing Company (CCC), customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with easy returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7–14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, altered, or personalized clothing.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale”.
  • Innerwear and accessories due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged / Wrong Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share pictures of the product and packaging with our support team for quick resolution.
  • In such cases, return shipping charges will be borne by us.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified about the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • You may exchange for a different size, color, or product (subject to stock availability).
  • Exchange requests must follow the same return process.
  • The Exchange products will be delivered with in 5 to 7 Days.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they are not yet shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.
