Shipping Policy

At Coimbatore Clothing Company (ShopCCC.in), we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth, hassle-free, and your orders are delivered on time. Please read our shipping and delivery terms carefully.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • The estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned on the respective product detail page.

  • Delivery time is calculated from the date of order confirmation.

  • We partner with reliable courier services such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Smarter Logistics, and other trusted providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Usual delivery time: 5 to 7 business days (from the date of order confirmation), depending on the product and location.

  • Free Shipping: All prepaid orders within India are eligible for free shipping.

Special Cases

  • Ready-to-Wear Products: May require an additional 5–7 business days.

  • Customized Products (if applicable): May require an additional 7–10 business days.

  • Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Timelines will be communicated separately based on order size.

International Shipping (Outside India)

  • Shipping charges are applicable for international deliveries and will vary based on order weight and destination.

  • Handcrafted or Customized Products: May take 25–30 business days for dispatch, depending on the order.

  • Customers are responsible for paying customs duties, VAT, and local taxes directly to our shipping partner at the time of delivery.

  • The amount of duty/taxes depends on the regulations of the destination country.

Urgent Orders

If you require express or expedited delivery, please contact the ShopCCC Team before placing your order to confirm feasibility.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders will be dispatched only after confirmation with the customer.

  • If we are unable to reach you within 3 days of first contact, the COD order will be automatically canceled.

  • In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts:

    • A second attempt will be arranged after reconfirming with the customer.

    • For a third attempt, additional shipping charges will apply. If unpaid, the order will be canceled, and we may decline future COD requests from the customer.

  • Prepaid Orders: Dispatched directly without confirmation calls.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before dispatch.

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation or refunds are not permitted.

Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, natural disruptions, government restrictions).

  • If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time, our team will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to proceed with or cancel the order.
